Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing.

We will refund or credit the workshop fee after deducting a $100 administrative fee for cancellations received up until two weeks before the date of the registered workshop. A credit may be applied toward a future workshop. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received within the two weeks before the date of a registered workshop.

In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a workshop, Alben Design will issue either a full refund or a full credit towards a future workshop, but will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel and airline fees.
