Workshops play an integral part in the Sea Change Design Process and involve a reflexive approach that helps you gain new perspectives and insights into your challenge. They are designed to be highly stimulating, motivating, and thought-provoking for everyone involved, whether they are part of a dedicated Sea Change team formed to meet a specific challenge, an ad-hoc group of invested individuals, or an entire organization. Typically, Sea Change Design Model Workshops are combined with our consulting services. We also suggest combining keynote addresses with Immersive Workshops for group interactive experiences designed for a specific purpose.
All workshops use well known design techniques like sketching, scenario planning, and complex diagramming. To stimulate your creativity and imagination, we also use videos, poetry, and storytelling. Part no-nonsense and part compassionate "deep inquiry," the workshops consistently provide participants with professional and personal "aha!"s, moving them forward into effective action.
Sea Change Design Model Workshops
Often the Sea Change Design Model Workshops form a basis for our involvement
with our clients. These workshops use the Model as a powerful framework for
understanding and solving a challenge. Aside from the insights, one of the
most valued parts of these workshops are the proprietary tools and
techniques you'll learn, which include Rippling and Fathoming. You'll be
able to use these in a wide range of future circumstances, beyond the
current challenge you are solving.
Immersive Workshops
For more in-depth analysis and awareness, we offer Immersive Workshops, which are customized to help visualize a specific topic or area of concern; develop or strengthen communication and interpersonal skills; or serve as a catalyst for achieving a vision. These are often given within the context of solving a larger challenge, but work equally successfully as stand alone experiences.
