 Do you want to dive deep into your challenge? The Sea Change Sounding is best if you are working through a complex issue, a situation concerning an entire organization, or a major initiative. It includes intensive investigation, research and analysis, and expert consultation beyond the scope of the work produced in our workshops. This approach is highly effective for forming a team of change agents to carry out an effort. Our focus is on giving you an in-depth understanding and insights into the history and/or current state of your challenge. Through a combination of our services: consulting, Sea Change Model workshops, Immersive workshops, and design, we will extensively map the context, relationships, and results of your true challenge. We'll help you plumb the depths of it, so that the solutions you develop are thoughtful, informed, and sound.
We ask you to assemble a dedicated Sea Change Design Team for us to work with, whose responsibilities will extend beyond the work produced collectively. We usually recommend that we coach this team, as well as other key individuals including management. Beyond the valuable interactions that transpire within the team, everyone benefits by learning the effective tools and techniques in the Sea Change Design Model. These are immediately applicable in the day-to-day workplace. The Sea Change Sounding works effectively as a stand alone effort, and serves as the Discovery phase of more complex projects.
