 Visualizations Because the Sea Change Design Process is highly visual and gives you the opportunity to use systemic thinking to see and synthesize your challenge in new ways, it is often beneficial to formally capture the process. Visualizations range from transcribing workshop results to formally documenting the findings of our consulting services. Visualizations provide a permanent record of the process, thinking, and ideas. They can serve as a foundation for future efforts or provide a source for ongoing reference. Diagrams from the Sea Change Design Model Workshops provide a wealth of valuable information, as do the results from the Immersive Workshops. These range from ripple diagrams to Ęproduct, organizational, and historical timelines. We use the media most appropriate for you—print, presentations, or interactive media, any of which can include extensive graphics, illustrations, photographs, sound, and video. As a special, stand alone type of visualization, we offer a Ripple Synthesis SM, which tracks the influence of an artifact (product, service, system, environment, or message) upon consumers, business, culture, world society and the environment. Projects Often we are retained to turn the ideas and solutions we have developed with you into action. Depending on your challenge, this can involve the design of a wide range of artifacts and experiences. For example, a powerful and motivating way to implement a culture change is to roll out a company-wide communications campaign, which could include a major event, workshops, computer presentations, and printed materials. When it comes time to create a product, service, environment, or experience that is outside our capabilities, we draw upon the Sea Change Design Consortium to provide you with the best consultants to meet your needs. |
